The condominium is located in a quiet, safe place near the city center on the 4th floor. This east-facing apartment with eternal panorama awaits its guests, ensuring a peaceful rest. The balcony of the apartment, consisting of one room, kitchen, dining room, bathroom and toilet, offers a beautiful view of the surrounding green family area. There is no elevator in the house. The apartment is quiet, far from the busy main road (it is located 300 m from the inner ring road, from the intersection of Füredi út-Stadion utca), it is only 400 m from Pannon University, the nearest shop is 100 m, 2-3 restaurants are located 50-100 m away.

A double bed for 2 people and a convertible sofa bed for two people give you a comfortable and peaceful rest in the apartment. The living room has a desk, armchair, coffee table and several cabinets for organizing clothes and other belongings. The kitchen is fully equipped: refrigerator with freezer, microwave, dishes, cutlery, etc. A corner bathtub with shower is responsible for cleaning in the bathroom. We provide unlimited use of a washing machine and a large TV with 142 channels and free wifi.
